How it works 1. Gathering Information: We'll start by an exciting and easy questionnaire to get a sense of your unique taste and design goals.  2. Consultation: Once we've received your completed questionnaire, photos and measurements (don't worry, we'll be sending you a foolproof measuring guide to help you out!), we will book an initial video call to chat through your plans, see your space virtually, so we can provide you with a quote. 3. Design Concept: ​Once we have received the payment, we'll get to work creating a custom design plan that includes a visual mood board, floor plan, and shopping list with links of recommended furnishing and accessories. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the design process to be done. 4. Revisions: Included in the pack you will get 1x revisions which we will work with you to refine the design concept based on your feedback. 5. Final Design: Once the design is approved, we will provide you with a final design pack, including a detailed design concept, shopping list and instructions for implementing the design in your space.  6. Implementation: You will be responsible for purchasing and installing the recommended furnishing and accessories, but we are available to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the process.  ​​ ​ ​ ​
